Background: In my most recent role as a Strategy and Operations Manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP, I had the opportunity to advise cross-industry leaders, helping them meet their performance goals by delivering high-impact project results. Before beginning my professional career, I graduated from the US Army Ranger School and served in the US Army for eight years. As a Combat Arms officer, I had the opportunity to lead soldiers in both Iraq and Afghanistan. After serving my country, I earned my MBA from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business and then spent two years in the logistics industry as a warehouse supervisor before becoming a strategy and operations consultant. I thrive in team environments, I love to mentor and coach people, and I derive joy from seeing others achieve their goals. My diverse experience in military leadership, logistics, and producing successful client outcomes allows me to understand and deliver on clients' business and candidates' employment needs. What I love about Columbia: Columbia is situated squarely between Washington, DC and Baltimore, boasts a diverse population, and is the economic hub of Howard County. My wife, identical twin daughters and I love it here; the area's vibrant arts and culture scene, as well as its beautiful parks, help Columbia consistently rank among the nation's top places to live.
