Dr. Eric Chang, MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon serving Baltimore, Columbia, Howard County, and the Washington, D.C. metro area. He is a magna cum laude Yale graduate, earned his MD from Columbia University, and completed his plastic and general surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. In 2019, Dr. Chang was appointed Assistant Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins University and serves as Division Chair of Plastic Surgery at Howard County General Hospital. He has earned Castle Connolly Top Doctor recognition for over 15 consecutive years and was named among Newsweek's America's Best Plastic Surgeons 2025 in Breast Augmentation and Liposuction. He is also recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a Top Doctor, placing him in the top 10% of plastic surgeons nationally. Dr. Chang is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and is a member of ASPS and ASAPS.
