Dr. Eric Chang
Board-Certified Plastic SurgeonDr. Eric Chang is a board-certified plastic surgeon serving Columbia, MD, and the greater DC/Baltimore region. A Yale magna cum laude graduate, he earned his medical degree at Columbia University and completed a combined general and plastic surgery residency at Stanford, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Chang personally performs surgical and non-surgical procedures—such as injectables—while taking ample time during consultations to understand the “why” behind each patient’s goals. Recognized by Newsweek as among America’s Best Plastic Surgeons for breast augmentation and liposuction, he remains deeply committed to both aesthetic and reconstructive work, including breast reconstruction and defect repair. A Maryland native, Dr. Chang supports local communities through outreach and continues contributing to medical education as Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins. Outside the OR, he enjoys photography and judging gymnastics, reflecting his passion for art and precision.
